Delivery
Ah, digital items – the magic of today’s world!
- When you purchase one of our digital products (PDF patterns, embroidery files, eBooks, etc.) you won’t have to wait for snail mail.
- Your downloads will automatically be added to your account under “Downloads“. You can also access you order information and download links at any time under the “Orders” tab. An email will also be sent with download links.
Please allow 15 minutes for order processing & the digital aspects to get sorted. If you fail to receive an email or the links are not showing up in your account, please contact us.
Returns
- Since these digital items are delivered instantly after purchase, we regretfully cannot accept returns or provide refunds. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back! If you have any questions or need assistance with your digital purchase, we’re just a click away.

Physical Items
Shipping
With the purchase of a physical item (merch, notepads, etc), please allow 3-5 days for processing + shipping time.
- Within the USA, contiguous states allow 3-6 days for shipping.
- For international shipping, please allow 2-4 weeks.
Returns
- We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, just like when you accidentally sew a sleeve onto the wrong side (oops!). So if by any chance you receive a damaged item or there’s a mistake in your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you’re happy with your purchase!
- If you have an issue with your order and it’s not to your liking, please contact within 14 days — otherwise all return abilities will be forfeited. Returns/refunds are limited to situations and we make no guarantee that your return will be accepted.
