Order the PATTERN for my inspired by “Glinda the Good” hoop skirt to be worn with the bubble dress – inspired by the 2024 film “Wicked.”

• One size patterns: Waist 27″ Waist to Floor 42″
• Skill level required: INTERMEDIATE (must be able to make pattern adjustments and use intermediate techniques.)
• What’s included — PDF ONE SIZE pattern, with minimal written instructions.

Not associated with Universal Pictures, all design aspects are credited to Paul Tazewell.  These patterns are my interpretations of those designs.
